Sign into the Zoom Portal from a web browser https://portford.zoom.us

Change Voicemail PIN

• Click on Phone on the left side.

• Click on settings at the top.

• scroll down to PIN code.

• Click show/edit to see or change your voicemail PIN. 

• This PIN will get you into voicemail on your phone handset.

Set Voicemail greeting using handset...

• Press the Message button on your phone. 

• Enter your PIN number and follow voice prompts.

Set your voicemail greeting here also using type to voice. 

• Click on Call Handleing

• Click on Greeting & Menu

• Click on Add Audio

• Enter an Asset Name ( use your name and VM Greeting)

• Category is Voicemail Greeting

• Select a voice, you can play with them, some of them are terrible. I like Matthew-male and Joanna-female. 

• Type the text you want it to say. if you use a period you can get a long pause and a comma gives you a short pause. 

• Click add when done.
