Question: If I am on a call on my desk phone how do I flip it over to the Zoom app on my Cell Phone?

Answer: Put the call on hold on your desk phone. Go to your mobile device and open the zoom app. In the menu at the top of the screen click on Lines. Click on the line and the call will move to your mobile device. After you do this you will likely see a little button with a pause symble on it. Click on this to take the call off of hold.
