How do I create a speed dial on my desk phone?
Did you know that all of the buttons circled in red can be used as speed dials like you see below?
Hold down on a button to get to the create speed dial menu. (as shown below)
Use the toggle button to go to Label. Enter the name you want to assign to the Speed Dial. Under Value either enter the full phone number or Ext. Number of the contact you wish to add. Press the Save Button... done.
